Meetings and sessions are a crucial part of exchanging ideas and information. At Qalort, we know the number of meetings we have every week: design meeting with content, marketing meeting with engineering, our CEO meeting with everyone. We always knew setting up these appointments was a major part of Qalort’s offering so we worked hard to make sure it made it to version 1.0 and it did!
So, how do these features work on Qalort?
The Calendar feature is pretty straightforward and allows mentors to set their schedules and show their free time so mentees can then pick what works for them and set up meetings. This feature makes sure both mentor and mentee are aligned on timing in a way that works for both parties. We knew that we wanted to incorporate this into our ecosystem and remove any externals, it’s one of our favourite features and we can’t wait till it becomes yours too.
When a meeting is set up, we send you periodic reminders to make sure you don’t miss the meeting and you also get the opportunity to provide feedback on how we can make things work even better.
Then when the meeting time comes, you join the call on our video provider and get to learning! The great thing about this is that everything happens on Qalort, you don’t need to download any new applications or anything, we have everything you need.
How do we want you to use them?
The thing we’re most proud of at Qalort is the dynamic way our features exist. We want you to experience the mentor-mentee dynamic but we know our users will find new ways to explore this ecosystem we’ve created. For example, we have a user who’s exploring Qalort as more of a consulting platform, that’s just one of the many ways you can use our features. We’ve built it, now it’s time for you to use it and we can’t wait to see the things you discover.
